Before everyone is back to their hometown,we planned to go Penang,I was excited at that time maybe everyone as well...but after tonight(the day when thing goes wrong),i dont feel like going anymore...it seems to be easy conducting a trip...but honestly speaking,it is not that easy...to have a good trip,we need everyone's satisfaction...this part i consider the most difficult part to fulfilled...thing goes wrong-HOW?
